Tariff is based on whole of house,
please check with Agent for separate rates for either Upstairs or Downstairs.

High Season: All Christmas school hols (19 Dec 2011 - 2nd Feb 2012)
and Easter school hols (7 April 2011- 27 April 2011) at $1370.00 min per week

Mid Season: 3rd Feb 2011 to 6th April 2011 (Excluding Easter school hols), July School hols,
Sept 1st up to start of Christmas School Hols (19 Dec 2011) at $980.00 min per week

Low Season: 1st May to 31 Aug inclusive (excluding July School Hols) at $770.00 min per week

Off Peak: Min 3 day Weekend – $550.00 max 6 person only

Please note extra person is $100 per week regardless of Season
